Agreement For Use Of LoveIntros LLC Website

Welcome to LoveIntros LLC, the online matrimonial introduction service for adults operated by LoveIntros LLC. By using the LoveIntros LLC website, you agree to be bound by this agreement, whether or not you register as a member. If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the LoveIntros LLC service, read this agreement and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions by following the instructions in the registration process. This alteration includes but is not limited to deletion.  LoveIntros LLC claims immunity from any claims or liability with respect to any content posted by any member or non-member on the site. Copyrighted or trademark protected material posting is against membership guidelines and will not be tolerated by LoveIntros LLC.

By using LoveIntros LLC, you agree to be solely responsible for all content posted by you, or under your account, as well as any messages transmitted to other users of the site and fully indemnify LoveIntros LLC.

This Agreement is entered into in the County of Santa Clara, California, United States. Any actions that occur because of this service will be deemed to have occurred in the County of Santa Clara.
